Nextdoorneighbor is by former Florida stallion Lido Palace, who moved to Pennsylvania for the 2010 breeding season, and was bred by John and Jerry Amerman.

5 districts could win feds’ cash (Times Leader)

Pennsylvania was one of 15 states along with the District of Columbia selected as finalists in the federal “Race To The Top” grant competition, which means five regional school districts that opted into the program are still in the running to receive part of the $4 billion the U.S. Department of Education plans to give to the states that make the final cut, to be announced in April.
