Seasonal flu rates called ‘minimal’ by CDC (Valley News Dispatch)

According to a CDC report, 3.7 percent of people across the United States, District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands tested positive for the seasonal flu. Last year, 11.5 percent of people tested positive during the second week of 2009.
