Residents of the District of Columbia (85%) and Hawaii (68%) were most likely to approve of the job Barack Obama is doing as president from January to June of this year. Obama’s lowest approval ratings came from residents of Wyoming (29%), Idaho, West Virginia, and Utah (34% each).
